Originally written in 1998 as a tract to address the heresies that surround the Dogma and Doctrine of the Papacy, and called Can the Pope Cease to be the Pope and How Does this Happen. This is a greatly expanded and documented edition to explain the examples of vacancy. The author believes that the Roman Catholic should adhere to the true teachings of the Church and should not be deceived by either Vatican II perdition or the movement known as Sede-Vacantist.
