the Bretton Woods Conference of July 1944 created the twin evils of world finance, the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank of Reconstruction and Development. The chuef architect was Harry Dexter, then Ass’t Secretary of the US Treasury, and later was discovered to have been a leading member of a Communist spy ring planted in the US Treasury. The IMF is a Communist-contrived device for strangling its members financially, economically and politically by tying their currencies to gold, which they do not possess and dollars which they cannot obtain, the Fund has been completely effective.
